Last week during our Project engineering Practice class, our lecturer gave us a case study about ethics. The story goes something like this.....

Long Long time ago, there were 3 mens named (Jason, Damon,Farid) and a boy named (Chris) were left stranded in the sea with little food. They were left stranded on the sea about 30 days and eventually their food and water were running out of supply..

These 3 mens and the small boy were really hungry and as a result of poor immune system, Chris fell sick with severe diseases and getting tired, hungry and thirsty.

Chris was so thirsty that he scoped up the sea water with his hand and drank it. During those days, drinking sea water is like a sign that u want to suicide. The 3 mens were really hungry that they thought of killing one of the person and eat their flesh and drink their blood to quench their thrist since they dono when they goin to get rescued. ( Chris was resting, , but they thought he was going to die soon).

At first they thought of using the stick picking to find who they should kill.. But after that Damon and Jason came to a thought that , Since chris is going to die soon, and since he got no family or relatives anywhere. They should kill him instead.

Farid then said..." NO!, i will not kill him!"
Damon and Jason think agian, if we wanna kill him. We should kill him when he is unconscious and not wait for him to die. Cos when he is dead, the blood will harden and they can't drink the blood for INSTANT ENERGY.

So poor Chris was killed when he was unconscious. Damon and Jason eat the flesh of Chris heartily when his heart was pounding and sucking his blood like dracula...

Farid insist that he wouldn't kill Chris... but he couldn't hold the temptation seeing his fellow mate eating it. So he joined them and eat the flesh of Chris...
3 days later, a ship came by and rescued them......

At the end of this story, we were asked will you kill Chris if you were one of the 3 men? What will you do..
1) Kill Chris?
2) Uncertain of your answer?
3) Won't kill at all...

So i discussed this with angel and suviya during lecture. I've told them initially that i would KILL CHRIS.... i said.. KILL ONE save the rest! Then i was debugged by Dr. Suviya that, Chris got diseased so if you eat him.. you got diseased too!!

So having the thought of i'm goin to have disease myself... i chose to jump into the sea and swim till i die........ haha~ so what's ur decision?
